The energy is high, perhaps a little dense, feeling may be rising globally in this time as the full moon appears in Cancer.
Cancer being the element of water, representing the divine number 22 and our emotions.

I will be guiding you through a beautiful transformative guided meditation journey on how to connect to your energy body, energy grid + your higher self so you can cleanse and release trapped or dense energy.
I will be guiding you through a powerful cord cutting technique that will help you disconnect from any old attachments you feel like are still pulling you back.
These will be plugged back into light source energy creating more space, light and vibrant energy to circulate your mind body and soul.
